All orders are subject to acceptance by Slice & Go Pizzeria. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Pricing and Payment

Regarding pricing and payment:

• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time
• Payment is due at the time of order placement
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayNow, and cash on delivery
• A delivery fee may apply for orders below the minimum threshold

Delivery

Delivery terms:

• Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed
• You must provide accurate delivery address information
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• You must be available to receive delivery at the specified address
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in additional charges

Cancellations and Refunds

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement without charge. After this window, cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee if food preparation has begun.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following situations:

• Order was not delivered
• Order was significantly incorrect
• Food quality issues reported within 30 minutes of delivery
• We were unable to fulfill your order

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Slice & Go Pizzeria and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose

• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass or abuse our staff or delivery personnel

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slice & Go Pizzeria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.

Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

While we make efforts to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens. Our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
